Welcome to the
Gower Peninsula
Explore the UK’s first designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with a stay at Pitton Cross Farm. The Gower Peninsula boasts a variety of golden sandy beaches, scenic cliff paths and expansive salt marshes for you to explore. Worms Head stands as a much loved national symbol and Rhossili Bay – voted one of the top 100 beaches in the world to visit in 2024.
We are perfectly located less than 2 miles from Rhossili Beach, walking distance to Mewslade Bay and the Wales Coastal Path, with the Swansea/Rhossili bus stop, right outside our property! With stunning views of the Gower coastline and set within 12 acres of private land, there are plenty of open spaces for our guests to enjoy.
The dog-friendly Farmhouse was tastefully refurbished with a change of ownership in 2021 and comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 3 dogs. Pitton Cross Farm was granted full planning permission in 2023 to convert two outbuildings into 6 further holiday lets.

Pitton Cross Pack
You will be so glad to know that Gower is super dog-friendly! It is a pet’s paradise not only because of the numerous beaches, rolling countryside and coastal stretches, but also because Pitton Cross Farm offers our very own dog park – Barking Meadows. You will also find that many businesses in the area are dog-friendly too!
There really is no need to leave your dogs behind when you go on holiday, and with 4 beagles we truly understand how to ensure you and your dogs feel welcome. Remy, Ramsay, Shelby and Mr. Finley, are part of our family and the reason we do not charge a pet fee. We want to encourage our guests to bring their whole family on holiday with them too!
